CSI case file #229

I always try to do the monthly major case file over at CSI and this time it looks like this:

I love playing with Em´s templates (and I´m not just saying this since I´m her team) and this is how my layout turned out:

Now, there are rules to follow when you´re doing the Case Files and here´s how I solved this one:

• Colors: Used all fives
• Evidence - least 3 clues: plain cardstock, stripes and arrows. I also added flowers, something loopy (the string) and phrase stickers.
• Testimony: I went with the word BRIGHT which I felt suited the theme of the layout.

Finally - the kit I used for this layout is called Clean slate - a collab by Amanda Yi and Dream Big Designs, SSD. I did recolor some things to make it fit the challenge more.

I hope you got inspired to solve the case. These challenges are so much fun!

CSI Major Case File no.217

Hi peeps!

I almost forgot to post my layout for the Major Case File over at CSI. This is what you have to go after:

And since I´m on The Nifty Pixel CT I worked with her gorgeous template and came up with this:

I used all the colors; wood, penwork, animals, leaves and documented about autumn. The kits I used are Woodland Walks by On A Whimsical Adventure, TDC and Hello Autumn elements by Paula Kesselring, TLP.

I got highlighted!

I´m so happy! I got a mail today from CSI - Color, Stories Inspiration - that I made the "Under Surveillance" for their major case file no.205. My layout got chosen as a "Most Wanted" and I earned this fab badge:

CSI: Color, Stories, Inspiration

I´m back with another challenge that I´m doing - CSI:Color, Stories, Inspiration. Three times a month they present a case that you have to solve with scrapbooking and it´s really fun! Let´s have a look at this month´s Major Case File:

You always have to use all the colors. Then you choose three evidence clues and one testimony clue. 

For the Major Case File there´s also a sketch made by The Nifty Pixel which you also get as a digital template which is great if you like to scrap digital. The great thing about CSI is that you can choose if you wanna do it in paper or digital. 

Here´s how I solved this case:

I chose to rotate the sketch 90 degrees. I used a digital kit called Artistic by Meagan´s Creations which you can find at The DigiChick.

Tomorrow I start working again after my vacation and as always I have mixed emotions about it. It´s really nice to have time off but again routine is also a good thing...

Woohoo! I got a badge!

För någon är du hela världen

Hos Pysseldags finns en textstämpel som lyder så här: "I världen är du bara någon men för någon är du hela världen". När jag såg den tänkte jag faktiskt på våra husdjur för vilka vi verkligen är allt för att de ska må bra. Detta resulterade i en layout med vår fina hund Molly (och husse) på dagens promenad. Jag vill också passa på att nämna att jag är med i CSI:s utmaning med den här layouten.

I´ve been paper scrapping!

It´s been ages since I paper scrapped a layout but then I decided it was time after seeing the challenge #88 at CSI - Color, Stories, Inspiration. You have to make a layout with these starting points:
